The Economist Corporate Network will be hosting this special event in cooperation with KIBOW, a brand-new charity driven by a galaxy of Japanese business stars, including New Japan firms such as Globis, Rakuten, Mixi, Marui; as well as leading Japan NGOs such as Civic Force; and progressive politicians such as Keiichiro Asao and Takashi Kojima. 100% of the proceeds will go to charity, and all the costs of the event will be born by The Economist. The event will also be written up in a special 2 page feature donated by the Economist Newspaper, for maximum regional impact.
We are aiming to raise funds from ECN and non-ECN corporate donors at this event. Donors will be listed in The Economist newspaper in the special feature, and in event marketing materials. There is NO charge for ECN members. Nonmembers who wish to attend are encouraged to donate.
